Morgan Stanley Says Tablet Usage Will Explode!

Morgan Stanley issued a report on the Tablet this week, and the results are breathtaking even for the usual tech worshipers. According to Silicon Alley Insider, Morgan Stanley has upped its “best case scenario” for 2012 by predicting that 100 million tablets will be shipped next year, up from 16 million last year.

    Do you have any insights on why Chinese interest is so much greater than the rest of the world?

      I can only guess…but since PC’s are not nearly as widespread as they are in the US or the west, for many Chinese this is a much more logical step after a cell phone or whatever mobile device they might be using for the web.
